Starting in 2018, the studio, formerly known as the Pottery, Art and Writing Studio and asha fenn’s gallery and studio, will be rebranded as Sunrise Studio and will include the art of the Common Shaman and Neko-Jin Designs.  These talented artists have taken me on as a business partner, and for that I am wildly grateful.  They are making a huge amount of things possible in my life that had been unconquerable before.  We have begun again.

Every Saturday in 2017 we will be open from 11 am to 6 pm.

Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, we will be open from 10 am to 7 pm, offering sales and free goodies.

The studio from the road.

If you are coming from the north, go down Route 1, turning left at Bucksport and going over the Penobscot Narrows Bridge.  Bear to the left as you come off the bridge and watch your odometer.  The studio will be to your right, one mile south of the bridge.

If you are coming from the south, you will go through Belfast, Searsport, and the first part of Stockton Springs.  Make sure that you stay on Route 1, do not be seduced by Route 1A.  After you pass Red’s Automotive, you will be about three miles from the studio.

the signs to look for…

You will see three roads to your right: Hart, Bracken, and Tugboat, which will let you know you are close.  Then on the left, you will see Meadow Road, the last road to the left before the studio.  You will pass a small graveyard on the right, then as you crest the hill there will be a red mailbox on the right.  At that point, on the left, you will see our signs and our driveway. Turn left into the driveway.

If you miss it, Mt Tuck Farm Road will link up with the driveway.  So, turn left onto Mt. Tuck and take the immediate left.  If you go past the house and find yourself at the Penobscot Narrows Bridge, turn around and follow the directions above.

If you are coming from 1A: go north on Route 1 and make sure to follow the directions above from the south.
